Awesome and clean place to stay. Staff is friendly. Breakfast and pool are great and guest laundry is also great.

I have contacted Mike the manager at Omaha. about this issue. I am expecting a call back. I left after one night although I was booked for two nights.
When I called from the airport I was not warned about the construction. My Uber driver and I drove around for 10 minutes trying to even get to the hotel. But that was just the beginning of extremely poor service.
There were five very basic amenities that were not available to me and I will share about them when Mike calls me.

Inexpensive. Good breakfast choices. Room clean and comfortable. Did not find a phone charger outlet as in some hotels.

We booked this stay because it was a great price. We really weren't expecting much, however, the rooms were VERY nice, the staff was VERY nice, and the overall stay was quite enjoyable!

The staff at the front desk was brand new and knew nothing. The management is clearly lacking. The condition of the hotel is very tired and worn out and needs a total remodel, wallpaper, falling off the wall paint missing on doors, etc. We’ve stayed here for years, but have never seen it in this condition. Very, very disappointing.

No room service no breakfast just coffee juice waffles my last day there. They have coffee but no creamer when I informed the manager that their was no creamer he look at me to say oh well no creamer. No concern at all had to go to the front desk each to get cleaned towels
