It was a terrible experience from the start due to the inconvenience of parking. Parking is payable, fine, but carpark is a distance away from rooms that you need a buggy to take you there. No information of parking was given prior to the check in, i only realized that parking is available on 2nd level of hotel lobby upon checking in.
So far i have not stayed in 5 star hotel which requires you to pay parking, even lower grade hotels can provide you with free parking so what service is hyatt giving to their guest by charging them parking fees? They are here to stay, not just for food and activities. Staying overnight itself gave hyatt business and they want to profit from the parking? Then don’t give such high expectations by showing 5 stars. Honestly everything else was great but not their service. Slippers are not allowed in breakfast area, this was also not made known earlier, had to walk a long way to the room to change. There is only 1 lift lobby for the hotel rooms, very inefficient, hotel guest whose rooms are at the back have to walk at least 50-100m to get there. Will not recommend this hotel, there are better hotels nearby with this rate you are paying
