Motel 6 Ontario, CA Convention Center-Airport

Everything was great except for the service...they didn't bother to clean our room but I loved Everything else

This was not a good hotel. I mean I guess the bed was comfortable enough to get a little sleep, but the lighting was horrible. The cable didnt work. The water didn't get hot. They gave me my key card and told me I'm good to go and never gave me a room number, I had to tell them that I can't go anywhere until I know what room to go to

My room was small and cramped. Just a bed. No desk or chair. Did not match pictures. More than one Police car had people in the parking lot emptying out their possessions each night. Not a comfortable feeling. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the convention center and Denny's.

Excellent service! Very friendly, quiet, safe environment and great customer service. Looking forward to staying there again.👍👍👍

Definitely not the nicest place I've ever stayed. It was a little rundown and a little scary at night in that part of the neighborhood. But the staff were friendly and I was happy overall.

Power sockets didn't look too safe, the smoke detector was missing the lid, people were screaming at night, the elevator had graffiti all over.

I love this Motel 6, I stay here a lot at least 3 weeks out the month I just wish they could give me a lower rate so I can stay longer more nights. I think they have done a great job cleaning up the property and always my room's have been clean no complaints. Thanks Motel 6

Very convenient everywhere and very close to out event at the Ontario Convention. Clean and easy transaction overall!

I booked a king size bed, I got a queen. There was a large gap in door when locked up, rain leaking right in doorway, the shower stall was disguisting, full of mold, dirty. The towels that were supplied were all stained with what looked like grease. The bed sheets had holes in them as well as a clump of tangled hair found at head of bed also. Not a good place to stay. Room had a ransed smell as well. No coffee in morning when checking out. There was also a car in parking lot that had no tires on it. A car raced thru parking lot all night that was load and annoying.
