The stay was comfortable. The room had a nice view from balcony. The staff were nice and friendly, specially the manager was really kind and helpful. He helped me in preparing my sight seeing itinerary.

Some boys in there are not comfortable to communicate in our mother tongue tamil. That's only the inconvenience for us there. Otherwise the room was clean and hygienic and comfortable. The food in home style was excellent. That's all.

room is neat and clean… breakfast was included and it was good too. easy accessable to ooty town. main tourist attractions are just 4 km away from this location. botanical garden is just 1km away. and we can get variety of cussins from near by resturents. totaly worth for the money.

Property location is close to major attractions. Car parking availability is a big plus point compared to other properties. Hot water is available. Rooms are good. Bathroom is good. Mr varghese is very helpful.

The hotel was very much dirty. Very low standard rooms charging for rs. 5500 per night. They mentioned about complementary breakfast. Never trust their words. At morning they provide only a food item which is very much low graded and of cheap quality. They don't have any restaurants. Food is provided in the terrace in a very very dirty and dump place. Never recommended. Moreover the entrance road is very narrow and far away to get access normally.

Owner is very polite and friendly person. Room service and food quality is very good, it's homely food. It's very close to charring gross bustand.

No wifi, no room service, no proper response for any question asked by customer, no restaurant facility except breakfast and main thing it is not located near to any hotels or urgently needed items, we have to walk approximately 1. 5km down the hill to have dinner.
