Best ever experience in ooty.. The staff and owner are so welcoming and polite.. Just head to here if you really wish to relax. Hospitality is world class and location us in the heart of city centre ooty. Safe, neat and clean just awesome. Please come and stay here

Great stay! The owners were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. Breakfast was a highlight and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was an amazing experience staying in Meraki Maison. As the name says "meraki", they truly justify the meaning. They have served us with a great smile on their faces all the time when we reached to them for anything. Best hosting I have experienced in Ooty. Interior of the rooms and common room is also top notch. Great experience over all! Thanks Meraki Maison for having us here.

Wow ... Nice flower...wide window...super clean and cozy room...super polite and friendly service staff, owner. With parking space and 24*7 services... Great! I'm sure one should sleep well to have a nice trip then this is the good to select...

It’s placed in the centre and the rooms are dreamy. The whole place is comfy and you’ll never feel like leaving. We’d definitely come back. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious and served warm. The host was very sweet.

Overall experience is excellent nice people..thanks for a comfortable stay ... rooms were clean and neat...we asked for extra milk for our kid which they provided us without any extra charges. Morning breakfast was of good quality.. value for money

Pros -We had a great Experience! The staff showed great hospitality! They took care of almost everything. Each item in the breakfast was delicious. Aesthetics here are to die for! Cons : Maintenance could be improved. Room should have a cupboard.

This is a must stay place.... The rooms are clean and well maintained.... Right from the bedding to the towels, it's all soft and clean. The host and staff are very kind and welcoming 🤗 The breakfast is yummmmmm, all home made soft idli and variety of dosas. The aloo or chaloe Puri and upma and sevaiya and the parathas... Including the cake and juice etc... lip smacking tasty 😋 This place is walking distance to many other eating and shopping spots. Looking forward to staying here again on my next holiday in Ooty.

Hotel is close to all tourist places and to the main city. Petrol pump and restaurants are on walkable distance.Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The staff were well mannered and helpful. Atmosphere was pleasant.Our overall stay was comfortable.
