Veldig skuffende opphold på dette hotellet. Ved feil tastetrykk så bestillte og betalte dobbelt antall rom for oss som familie. Vi trodde ikke det skulle være noe problem
Svaret vi fikk var : Dere får ikke refundert pengene og dere får ikke ekstra dager opphold. Hva med opphold ved senere tidspunkt- sorry!
Men vi fikk "gratis " parkering (kun kr 3800) for bilen
Vi var veldig skuffet som familie, ønsker ikke å anbefale dette hotellet.

This is a nice hotel, well located for a stroll along the seafront and nearby restaurants. The hotel is rather dated but not in a dire way, adding character to its rooms and nice balconies. The lift can be crammed in the morning so this is worth planning for as you exit, particularly as we did with a large tourist group trying to exit at the same time.

Great hotel and location. I made a mistake on the dates of booking and the hotel let me move the date at no penalty; even though it was a non-refundable rate!

The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. But there were hardly any teaspoons available (the receptionist told us that tourists just steal them) and the scrambles eggs, the bacon and the coffee were only lukewarm.
