The stay was super good. Liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was all very good and comfortable.

To anyone who’s reading this or probably going to read this later . This isn’t a hotel . It’s more like a hostel
They don’t have any good service
They don’t have any telephone service in the rooms
So should incase something happens to you ( emergency) you have to rush down from whatever floor you are on to the front desk. I paid for breakfast during my stay , upon self checking in
Non of the staffs told me here to get breakfast.
During morning time for breakfast. I went in search of the cafeteria for breakfast . It was very sketchy and hard to find until a passerby made a jovial comment ( Swiss people don’t want give you good ) I thought that was funny until I figured out that he was right . I would only recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Swiss on a tight budget if not then find a better hotel with better service .

It’s 10-15 mins tram ride to JE airport & 20mins train ride
to city. Very convenient & easy to get around

Location is across from the train. Hotel appearance is quite nice. However,
Issues
1. Lack of toiletries. The liquid hand soap and shampoo were the same liquid.
2. No conditioner provided
3. No lotion provided
4. Towels were hard and would not absorb
5. Parking is $34 Francs a day
6. Garbage left in the bathroom by previous guest was not cleaned out.
7. Self service check in was a little weird and not exactly intuitive. Staff member appeared to help us check in
