J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel à l'hôtel Le Palme à Oran. Un grand merci à Houda à la réception, qui a été d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours souriante, elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions par mail avant mon arrivée, ce qui m'a vraiment rassurée. L'accueil était chaleureux et le service impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, avec un bon choix de produits. De plus, l'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec le tramway à proximité et un parking privé, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son personnel attentionné et son excellent service.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'aller et une nuit au retour sur Oran. Le personnel au top très professionnel, souriant, serviable, bienveillant, et à l'écoute de ses clients. La restauration au buffet est varié et de très bon goût! Nous avons apprécié la visite à notre table de la propriétaire qui est très charmante, et bienveillante, pour nous demander si tout se passait bien. Très belle chambre spacieuse décoré avec goût comme d'ailleurs tout l'hôtel. Très bonne literie. Hôtel très propre. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermé. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir.

J'ai séjourné 4 jours à l'hôtel Le Palme pour animer un séminaire. J'y ai trouvé un accueil très chaleureux et un personnel attentif aux besoins des clients. La salle de séminaire était très agréable et bien équipée. Les repas (buffets) étaient variés et de très bonne qualité. La chambre très confortable, avec grande TV et très bien insonorisée Hôtel à conseiller et si je retourne à Oran... je sais où loger
