El hotel, realmente no se puede decir más, Eva, quien nos gestiono todo en el hotel, es un 9,9 en amabilidad I profesionalidad. No como la app trip.com que nos dejo vendidas a las 2 partes con la poca claridad en la reserva enviada a ambas partes. Pero el jotel, totalmente recomendable, seguro que volveré.

Quaint hotel in a great location in cute village. Reception was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was well received and worth the extra money. I’d love to return someday!!!

We parked in a neighboring paid parking lot about 7 minutes walk, as the hotel parking was full. The room in the photo during booking had a balcony, but our room did not. The room had very little furniture to put our belongings on which was a problem because there were many ants on the room floor and in the bathroom and there was residual trash on the floor. The bed was comfortable, but there was no ventilation in the room such as a fan or A/C, and there were too many bugs outside to open the windows.
The location is central in Ordino with restaurants in walkin distance.

Ha sido genial. Hemos estado dos amigas con nuestros hijos . Muy amable el personal. El desayuno bueno, abundante y variado. La habitación muy práctica.

me gustó mucho la habitación eramos 5 personas en una duples con 2 baños aunque lo q menos me gustó fue la instalacion de los baños sobre todo la bañera con cortina y la manguera muy deteriorada que se salía el agua para fuera.. por lo demás muy bien
