You will need earplugs to sleep in this place. You can even hear when the person next door breahtes. And the staff is talking loudly in the coridors early in the morning. The room could be much cleaner and needs repair. The only good thing is the hotel’s location - close to the city, but on the ground floor there is a bar, so you will hear the party to your room.

Checked in with my 75 year old mother late around midnight (no personnel, they just had put out the key for us in the reception). No toilet in the room so we went looking everywhere in the facilities for a shared one but could not find anyone and one guest that we met told us that there were not any. Found a phone number at the reception that we called and they told us that there were not any toilets we could use, that it probably been some mistake at *********** and that the room was not supposed to be let out. They didn't have any other room available and told us we could use the PUBLIC TOILET in the town square outside the hotel building. They could not solve our problem any other way and said we would get our money back for the room. We tried to get a hold on some other hotel in the area but since it was 1 am there were no answers anywhere, so we needed to spend the night there. You can imaging how many times my 75 old mother needs to use the toilet per night... Afterwards we have contacted the hotel both through the *********** and through their other channels, but didn't even bother replying or give our money back. Disgusting behavior!

Disappointed to say the least. A kid at the reception who doesn’t know English nor hotel business and has to check everything with her boss; no parking; the toilet set is broken; the toilet mirror is tinted; the bed is called “double” but is actually a medium 120 cm teenager bed; the bathroom was filled with sewerage smell when we came in; the window is to the hotel’s public balcony. Overall, bad experience.

We liked this property and will be back. The room was clean and the breakfast very tasty.

Mycket spring i trapphuset under natten och väldigt lyhört

Rent och fint hotell. Mycket bra personal, trevlig och professionnell särskilt Linda som har mycket bra bemötande. Fin och bekväm säng. Gott frukost. Rekommenderar starkt hotellet.

Billigt boende och kanske förväntningarna ska vara därefter, det tillkom 120 kr för en mycket enkel frukost, hade varit bättre att gå till pressbyrån snett över torget. Mögelprickar i badrummet vilket förtog känslan av rent och städat. Mycket rar och pratglad äldre dam som jobbar i receptionen/fixar frukost på plussidan.

Basic rum, funkade. MEN: Kraftigt illaluktande badrum! Inte för mig.
