Checked into Novotel Poissy Orgeval for a 6 day stay with activities in Orgeval as well as in Paris. The hotel is okay however somewhat pricy for what you get. The hotel is dated and it’s visible, and I am not impressed with the overall quality of the rooms nor common areas. What Novotel Orgeval does have is charm, and my experience with the staff, as well as service levels, were good. English works most of the time, and the staff goes out of their way to make it work. One particular challenge for us was that they had little understanding, and no offering, for gluten free food, which represents a problem for a family with a member with celiac disease. The hotel is super sentral for activities in Poissy and Orgeval, however, the trek into Paris is cumbersome and takes a long time. The location of the hotel is not very good with regards to different food options, however, there are good alternatives typically a short drive away. Charming stay, medium hotel experience, but enjoyed it.

Stayed in hotel in Summer 2023 during an Europe tour. Very friendly staff clean rooms and bathrooms. Had only the breakfast and it was Also very nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Communication was bit difficult because staff understood limited english. But could manage. Had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is just sad. Rooms are in a miserable low-grade decor that is not even to the same standards as IKEA. The general decor of the hotel looks it was last touched in the 1980s. The high security entrance to the car park does not give a strong confidence in the safety of the area. The room was so miserable I actually left the hotel and checked into somewhere else nearby, which was both cheaper and much, much better. Overall this hotel is a depressing experience that needs a serious face lift and investment. Go elsewhere.

Nous avons organisé notre mariage dans la salle de réception du Novotel. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi cet hôtel comme lieux de fête. Le service était impeccable, l’accueil également. Le repas était excellent. Et nous avons pu profiter de faire la fête et ensuite de dormir sur place ! L’équipe est d’une gentillesse et d’un très grand professionnalisme. Marie a été d’une grande aide pour que tout soit parfait le jour J. Je la remercie vivement également pour sa sympathie ainsi que toute son équipe. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très confortables. Je recommande vivement. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour notre mariage qui fut magique ☺️ Caroline & David

Die Lage direkt neben der Autobahnausfahrt ist ideal für Zwischenstops, ansonsten ab vom Schuss. Wir haben ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, das Bett für die 3. Person mussten wir selber aufstellen und einbetten. Dann haben wir extra im vornherein abgeklärt ob wir noch etwas zu Essen bekommen (So. ca 20.00 Uhr) was man uns bejahte, als wir dann ins Restaurant gingen, hat man uns dann mitgeteilt, dass sie keine Lebensmittel mehr haben um uns etwas zuzubereiten!? Später wollten wir noch etwas an der Bar trinken, auf Nachfrage nach einer Karte, hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass sie leider nichts mehr haben außer den Weißwein den er noch offen hatte. Den haben wir dann auch genommen und wofür er ins 10 EUR pro Glas abgeköpft hat. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dann im Restaurant gesehen, dass alle Weine mit 6.50 pro Glas angeschrieben sind. Beim Auschecken haben wir die Dame darauf hingewiesen, doch die war völlig verständnislos und es war ihr wohl auch zu umständlich um beim Barkeeper nachzufragen. Deshalb für uns nie wieder!

je suis très déçu des prestation de votre Hotel, le rapport qualité prix n'est absolument pas au rendez vous, Chasse d'eau non fonctionnelle, aucune pression sur le pommeau de la douche, état vétuste de la chambre, état vétuste en général de l'hôtel une tringle est même en train de tomber dans la salle petit déjeuné!! c'est pitoyable. je ne reviendrais pas chez vous...

Restauration très incertaine, suite à nos demandes au responsable de salle, le ton fut méprisant et condescendant ! Il faut dans ce cas changez de métier mais ne pas faire un métier en relation avec la clientèle…. Ticket moyen 40 e par personne tout de même…. Plus jamais

Hôtel vétuste. Chambre non faite notre arrivée. On a dû changer de chambre. Des traces douteuses sur porte des toilettes. Télévision avec une seule chaîne ! Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Aucune prestations en rapport avec le prix des chambres. Petit déjeuner très cher en rapport de la prestation. Nous sommes très déçus.
