The hotel is ok in general but the worst part is the check in and check out. There’s this one short hair at the reception, she was so rude and she looked like as if we owe her money during check in. Upon check out, we asked to store our luggage at the hotel for 3 more hours as we have a flight departing at 9pm. The same girl lied to us and said their luggage room is full so they cannot accommodate that. However, we were traveling with a newborn and 2 toddlers so we have to put the luggage at the hotel first. So we asked if we can see the luggage room and the moment she opened the door, THE ROOM WAS ALMOST EMPTY. Worst receptionist ever!!! Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

酒店很新，衞生環境方面都不錯，小遺憾房間被請安排在了電梯正對面，開關電梯的聲音大，無法休息好，樓上又不斷會有挪動東西的聲音，雖然前台可以給調換房間，但是和同行的朋友不在同一樓層就沒有更換，加了帶雙早的房間，早餐9:30結束，餐品單一併且9:00左右就看不到水果和酸奶還有雞蛋了。

Spent 4 nights with my family. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was always clean, you could smell the cleaning product. Room was specious and comfortable.
Our only compliant was that, it was stated that breakfast ends at 10, but the staff had all the food cleared away by 930..one more 920. If that’s the case, change the end time.

Definitely will be staying here again. Our rooms were “fresh” everyday with new towels and beds were made.

The hotel was very pretty, clean and orderly, and nicely up to date and modern. It was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. I will definitely be booking more of my stays here!

This hotel and their staff are amazing. Everyday we went out and came back to a very clean and welcoming room. The staff even set our kids stuffed animals up in their beds as if we were home. The breakfast is kept hot and ready and the front desk was always very helpful and ready to fulfill whatever needs we expressed. Will definitely stay here anytime we're in Orlando.

The facilities are excellent, staff and housekeeping were wonderful! Very clean and good! Just need a little improvement on the breakfast, it's not that is bad but the quality of the food it is not the best!

Pros: Hotel located in quiet area and many great restaurants with in few minutes driving. Good daily breakfast compliment. Daily room service clean and stock enough the necessary items.
Cons: We stayed for whole week and noticed floor did not vaccume since my kids dropped crumbs on the floor. Also, I think the comforter was reuseable from previous guest on our stay.
