Waren zum 2ten Mal in diesem Ressort. Leider waren grad Maler- und Renovationsarbeiten während unserer Aufenthalt im Gange. Aber sonst alles super.

This will be our 5th stay at the Grande Vista and each stay has been consistent with quality, cleanliness, staffing and amenities. Its a great place for our yearly visit to the convention center and we will continue returning to this location. We enjoy how family friendly it is but also the aspects that allow it to be adult only as well like pools and bars. When we go we always have guests join us for the outdoor activities and its like a mini escape for them as well. We love this hotel.

I went for my birthday trip and we had a very nice stay. They have four pools, a lake, and a spa, and many other enjoyable amenities.

This was my worst Marriott experience. This is a Marriott Vacation Club property which I didn’t realize upon booking. If you’re not a club member, you get subpar service. It took over an hour to get into our room because they gave us the wrong room type initially. They didn’t go out of their way to correct the mistake, I had to keep pushing for them to even give us what we agreed to, after waiting way too long with a tired toddler.
Then we entered the correct room and there was a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I requested twice the next day for housekeeping to come and you know who never came? … housekeeping.
We ended up with a lousy $25 credit on our account. My son had a blast but we will NEVER recommend this property.

The stay was okay and the activities and on the property were excellent. The staff was helpful and super friendly. The rooms were not as upgraded as I imagined but a good stay for your family and for you.
