I reserve the room for my wife and daughter. Paid for with my credit card . The property manger made me go through hoops because I was there to check in . Before I got though I was waiting for him to ask for my

When we arrived at the property it was double booked! We arrived promptly at 4 pm, check in time with e ouch perishable food to feed 10 people for 8 days, just to find out we had no room. All of our food was ruined! We had people to pick up from the airport with no place to take them. We scrambled and found a place that cost us triple the cost because it was last minute! The property nor ******* took any responsibility, be aware you may not have a room if you book with these people. The other review I left was deleted because it was to detailed so this is leaving out a ton of details. My advice be careful if you book with this company, you will find your budgeted trip costing you triple and lots of stress and problems! Sad that they have mot even offered that day or today to do anything to make it right!!!
