We always enjoy our stays at The Embassy Suites….the only bad thing was one of the elevators was out of order

Paid parking when other hotels in the area do not. Older hotel in need of updating. Clean hotel with very good breakfast.

I really love the Property. Shopping was very convenient. Only issue is that staff came into the room prior to checkout time.

Room was a decent size for our family. Not as clean as we would have liked. Beware you do have to pay $19 per night for parking. And $25 per night for accidental charges which is refundable.

Very nice hotel, super staff, Marcus was very polite. Biggest complaint was 30 minute wait for airport shuttle.

Terrible hotel stay. Waited 2 hours for the hotel shuttle. We were told the shuttle would be there in 10 mins two separate times, due to traffic. The ride from the airport to the hotel took less than 5 mins (no traffic). We finally got into our room after 1am. After traveling all day we were super disappointed when the shower head sprayed more water outside of the shower than inside.

Nice typical Embassy Suites with a good made to order omelet breakfast. I did not appreciate having to pay for parking in such a suburban area.
