Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk. It’s easy to get towels even though the resort is huge! They are a great help and offer great deals for seaworld and water parks nearby.

Do not recommend to others for a family vacation. Not well organised. The resort is huge and you will have to get to the main entrance first to have a ride with Uber or Lfyt. I did not drive but it seems that the parking space is very crowded for anyone who brings a car.

The room was very, loved the amenities… the prices were very reasonable for the amount of space and room. I will definitely be booking again❤️❤️

Good: location, staff, pools, jacuzzi, view
Bad: sheets stained & sunflower seed shells on floor (guess it hadn’t been vacuumed prior to our check in).

I kove that this property had anenities that kept you from going to other attractions. The atmodphete us very family oriented and relaxing. They should have a list grocery stores or restaurant's that are nearby.

It was ridiculous that I could not eat any meals despite paying full price just cause I was staying at the resort by myself. Only couples or families are allowed for the complimentary meals (for up to 8 persons) but a single guy is not allowed. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be staying here again. I was hoping for some relaxing time outside of my busy schedule and instead had to plan where to eat every day becuase of this ridiculous rule.

Enjoyed the resort but everything was extra. Entertainment options are advertise. My expectation was that some of it would come as part of the room fee. It does not.

So outdated but charging top $ for every service, including day pass at the pool ?! Checkouts at 10am, and not offering late checkouts. Doors automaticly lock out at 10am, so if you dont leave by 10.01 you are stuck until security comes. That takes 30 min or more even tho they are constantly driving by on golf carts. No room service. But they dont tell you that when book room or when you check in.
