Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk. It’s easy to get towels even though the resort is huge! They are a great help and offer great deals for seaworld and water parks nearby.

Do not recommend to others for a family vacation. Not well organised. The resort is huge and you will have to get to the main entrance first to have a ride with Uber or Lfyt. I did not drive but it seems that the parking space is very crowded for anyone who brings a car.

Nice hotel resort but the resort fee is a little much I think for just basic pools and Hot tubs there are some other basketball courts and tennis courts that I didn't really use. If you're going to the Disney parks kind of a waste paying for resort fees because you're not going to get to use the facilities.Very nice trail around the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Picturesque. We got lucky getting a Lakeview ground floor apar**ent. If not would not have been as great I think.

I absolutely love this resort from the property to the workers. There was a slight mixup with my reservation & to accommodate me they upgraded me to the nicest suit they have on the property with no charge. They constantly send texts throughout your stay to make sure everything is going great and fast response time. Anytime I go to Orlando I’ll be sure to always book this resort for my stay

Great location to Universal and Disney World, but parking on property is limited after checking. Huge propery, must drive or take the courtesy ride from golf cart.
Wake up call to push Timeshares and buy out options can be annoying

We have been here for 1 month. Initially we were in a studio apar**ent (Bldg 1300) which was pretty good although the outside corridors and garbage areas were not clean. Then we upgraded (or rather downgraded) to a 1 bedroom (Bldg 90) for the last 2 weeks. It's been terrible. The elevators have never been cleaned since we have been here, the corridors on our floor and the laundry area are not kept clean - we complained once and they came and cleaned it up a bit, but not maintained very well. We get no hot water in this building! The internet stinks in this building plus regular cell phone service is intermittent. Most of the time we are unable to get proper connections until we get into our vehicle and use our data. We are very disappointed in this building!

Excellent area to stay for access to Disney & Universal. Very clean, good sized rooms, plenty of parking. Staff very helpful, highly recommend.
