Perfect for visiting Universal! We liked the breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. The check-in staff were very professional. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Eu achei o hotel maravilhoso. Há atendentes que falam português e são muito simpáticos. Cama e chuveiro excelentes e tudo muito limpo. Está a 6 minutos de carro do parque da Universal.

Hotel is definitely outdated, attention to even the smallest detail is not there. The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. The free breakfast was ok. The price ($113) we paid wasn’t such a great deal but should be what they always charge I would have been very upset had I paid more. The plumbing when running the bath was extremely loud and vibrated the wall and was obnoxious. I-4 traffic can be heard from the room, light sleepers definitely need earplugs. When on the 4th floor of the 4 floor hotel the elevator button points up. The fire suppression system is sticking a good 1-2 inches out of the ceiling. The shower curtain is not the right width or length resulting in water all over the bathroom floor and entry. There is no parking fee which is great but the front desk attendant made it sound like the parking lot wasn’t safe mentioning we should try to park as close to the building as possible, which scared the daylights out of me since I was there with my young child for a specialty doctors appointment the next. We won’t stay there again should we need to return to the area.

Visit this particular Wingate once a year every year for a convention. Always comfortable. Desk staff is OUTSTANDING (Evana - not spelled correctly). Friendly and welcoming

A wonderful place to stay that is close and convenient to Universal Studios. Very quiet and clean. I highly recommend.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the breakfast it was not very good I think that you need to fix this and have a better selection. Other than that it was a really nice stay 🇨🇦 thanks

Visiting for two nights, slept in comfortable beds and had two nice breakfasts.
We xould stay again next time we come to Orlando.
