I love staying here because it always clean and the housekeepers always do an amazing job. It a great location right by the Orlando Eye. Everything is walking distance.

Stay was terrible, we left 15 minutes after arriving. Bed sheets weren’t washed and were wet. Saw 6 roaches, lightbulbs out, stains everywhere. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Do not recommend staying here at all.

The hotel is a nightmare, the crew from reception super sude, they make clear they don't want to be there and they won't do nothing to help you. They refuse a very important mail that I needed and never told me.
The linens were dirty, they didn't change between guests, I had to do clean my sheets. I will never be back, I feel like they should pay me for stay there and not the opposite.

Hotel is in a good location as opposite the icon wheel and on international drive. There is also a bus direct from the airport
The room felt dirty and the areas around the rooms are unclean
The staff aren’t the most friendly either
Definitely a place for being on a tight budget

There are bugs here. The pics do NOT match what I have seen. I've not seen the indoor pool that is supposedly here. This place is designed for people who have no where else to live. I am NOT happy at all!!!
