Reserved two joined rooms. One room had a water bottle on the floor, chewed gum stuck to the wall and something that looked like poop on the outside of room door. Told front desk about my findings and in returned was told rooms are inspected so mine should have been fine before check in. I told her it’s not my job to clean the room can she send someone up. 2 hours passed with no one then I noticed in the same room sink was clogged. So I went down again to let them know so they can send someone up and also to see if house keeping was coming to clean the rest. The told me they were busy handling other people problems they would get to me when they could, she then holds up a list with like 4 people on it so I say ok. I go to my room wait some more before I call and ask to speak with management, which I do and let him know what’s going on. If I’m paying a deposit for both these rooms why should I have to deal with a nasty room. I seen house keep and told them but they spoke no english all they could say was tell downstairs. Then me and my family came back to hotel one evening and there were absolutely no parking spot in front nor back so I had one of my members go and ask about opening the ramp to upper garage because my nearly 8 foot tall van was not going to fit, they said they would have to call maintenance, which they didn’t. I go in and as about my parking and was told they are not calling maintenance when there are clearly plenty of space I told them my van would not fit.
