The room was extremely dated, the continental breakfast was horrible as they had a very limited selection. And most importantly the hotel was unsafe. A bum was harassing my parents. When I spoke to the front desk they said they would look into it but nothing was done. I would never stay there again.

The lady with the nasty attitude and rude behavior needs to gooo..at check in she wasn’t warm and friendly, she just threw the paper on the counter like sign here and said it’s big deposit.. so I had to compose myself like ok I was just staying overnight. & sometimes people have bad days but the next morning she was still rude when my daughter asked her where was the trash can and she rudely replied in the bathroom..if you are not a people person and don’t like your job because EVERYONE travels and you have to deal PEOPLE from all walks of life then find another job that suits you better don’t bring your nasty attitude and rudeness into the workplace cause im sure nobody forced you to get that job i won’t be back there again that is unacceptable

This place was horrible. The noise from people talking and snoring just because the walls are so thin. We found several roaches. The place was nasty. Never again will we stay at Ramada! Very disappointed!!!!

usually have an aweosme experience here and notbing personal to staff they were nice. our room sink was clogged in the suite. and only one elevator.

The deposit is $250 too high, and Ramada Hotel says it will take from 10-15 days to get back the money, and it's not true , We got claiming almost 3 weeks and nothing. Stay in another hotel not this one. It's an abuse. Never again in Ramada Plaza resort Orlando. We were 3 groups or families and We didn't have receive the deposit not even a group.

First we had to wait till 400 P.M. to check in.
2nd we had to use a card key to use the elevator
3rd even the front door was locked unless you had a key card to get in.
Breakfast was not very good compared to the price we paid for the Hotel.

Upon check in, we had to wait to be buzzed in to check in, after we were sent to our room with our room key to operate the elevator. Took wrong elevators, got stuck, finally to our room, broken chair, bathtub that wouldn’t turn off(steady flow of water running) and a very strong perfume smell. Pool/hot tub area is sunrise to senset and that left us no time there in the evenings as we prefer. Also asked for 2 extra pillows as 3 per bed and 4 of us traveling would give us each 2. The front desk told us sorry they don’t have extra pillows.
