The place was dirty and the staff unfriendly and not knowledgeable of the amenities. They couldn’t even program my key card correctly!

After getting my keys, I walked into a room that was already occupied. I was immediately moved to a new room and it was fine. Front Desk was helpful. It wasn't very clean, the trash in the kitchen wasn't even taken out. I only stayed for 2 nights and that's all I would be able to handle. Very loud footsteps both nights above in the middle of the night.

Carpet stains, microwave didn't work, roaches, tub stains, rust stains on refrigerator. Billing issues, charged for upgrade without my knowledge, refunds not made as promised. Staff (a lot of new hires). Only plus factor close proximity to convention center.

Grab and go breakfast supposedly but they didn’t have anything not even coffee room smells bad outlets didn’t work

The first room smelled like soaked in urine, the second room was dirty especially unknown stain on the sofa. The third room smelled okay, but having bed bugs!

I have never stayed at a dirtier hotel. I could not walk on the carpet in my room because it was sticky. I laid towels down all over the floor. The smell in my hallway was nauseating. There was a single dread in the corner of the elevator for the entire duration of my stay (two dreadful nights). I do not usually complain but this was horrendous and I would not wish spending the night at this hotel on my worst enemy.

This is not a hotel for a family or tourist. It is a temporary housing for people evicted from their homes masquerading as a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE if you are visiting Orlando. Sketchy people with noisy animals and dirty rooms. We returned the key and left to go to a real hotel.
