Overall impression was okay but could have been better. We opted in for the breakfast for 2 for $10 a day. The first day we went to go the front desk said they never received the confirmation from ******* for that, and that the food was not worth it and we should ask to get it refunded. As they said, the food was not great: we had to choose from 4 different options. I got a cup of juice like you would get from McDonald's 15 years ago, and a piece of egg and processed cheese between two pieces of bread.. So we called ******* to get it refunded as the hotel suggested. It was a whole issue on how they couldn't do anything and that the hotel wasn't going to do anything. Until finally ******* said they would refund for $37, from a $60 charge that we only tried the one day.
Other than that incident we were put in the highest room in the furthest building, it was inconvenient to get to to say the least. The safe in the room didn't work. The shower was weirdly built. The pool was down for a couple days, but at least they had a hot tub. The only really stand out service were the front desk help and that the room was cleaned everyday(although with a strong chemical smell and some furniture not pushed back into place).
