Chociaż hotel ten znajduje się zaledwie 3,2 km od parków Universal, jego personel otwarcie odnosi się do klientów niektórych narodowości i jest uprzedzony. Podczas rezerwacji w tej aplikacji zostałem poinformowany o opłacie depozytowej (typowej dla większości hoteli obecnie) i byłem przygotowany na obciążenie mojej karty kredytowej; jednak nie spodziewałem się KOLEJNEJ opłaty w wysokości 37 dolarów za udogodnienia hotelu. Zauważyłem również, że moja opłata za depozyt różni się od innych gości. Jeśli chodzi o czystość, na powierzchni wszystko było odpowiednie. Nie stało się to problemem, dopóki pewnego ranka nie przestraszyłem się na śmierć dwóch ogromnych karaluchów. Obudziłam męża o 5 rano, żeby ich zabić, a potem zaraz po tym, jak poszedł spać, a ja wróciłam do przygotowań, z szafy wyszły jeszcze trzy. Mój mąż i ja zatrzymaliśmy się tylko na weekend, więc nie robiliśmy wielkiego zamieszania, ale nie zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

Arrived and the refrigerator was not working, nor was the tv remote. Maintenance came the refrigerator had been turned off and the remote needed batteries. Done. Then went to Brush my teeth and the water was leaking into cabinet. Called maintenance again and they said they would repair the next day. Went to take shuttle to universal. The bus was late and smelled like gas. Picked us up late as well. The breakfast was very simple and nothing to rave about. The clerk at the front desk was very quiet and unfriendly. All in all wouldn’t recommend but location was good.

10mins away to universal studio and shuttle bus available. The hotel was great. Just that the phone call to house keeping is not reachable, you may need to walk to reception if you have any request or queries. Overall is good, will come again definitely.

Room service so bad . Not clean and not everyday Come to clean our room. Dirty . Not recommended for family with kids

The facility itself was good overall. There was no coffee maker or microwaves in the rooms. The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Other than that the location was great, there's a wawa across the street. A smokehouse pizzeria massage parlor.

Asked to change sheets put the same sheets on the bed, breakfast was nasty hard pancakes and milk taste spoiled, just a horrible experience never again.

It was a great room. The forst room the ac was messed up but it didnt take long for them to switch rooms. Both room was extremely cleans so that was amazing.
