Homewood Suites was great. Amenities like the laundry room and the fitness room were well kept. The rooms were fine, with everything being clean. The bed was comfortable. House keeping did a great job each day, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and was varied enough to satisfy everyone in my party.
Some things I didn’t like was that the pool was smaller the advertised based on the picture, the elevator old and slow. The body wash and shampoo left me feeling dry and not properly cleaned, so I bought my own. But these are minor problems. Parking is $25 a day.
Overall, well worth the price, and I would definitely book this hotel again.

It is nice and clean 👌, but there is no TV in the living room. You have to pay for parking, and it smells like humidity. Other than that, it is nothing fancy. The Cuban girl at the reception was pretty nice, and the Colombian lady at breakfast was also very nice. Thanks 😊

Don't stay at this hotel!
We asked many times to fix the dishwasher and it was never done. We had problems with the room door lock (key card), I had to go back to reception several times to fix it.
Due to these inconveniences, manager Rosa said that they would give us a discount on our stay and that was not done either!
This hotel has total disregard for guests!!

I loved the 2 bedroom layout. It was perfect for our family. The breakfast was excellent I did not appreciate paying on an app the $28 for parking when we arrived. It was a hassle.

Shower water was barely warm. Air unit didn’t cool. Very outdated. All of us left sneezing and congested. $87 to park for 3 nights.

Ok property, good for the price. Pool is not heated and was freezing; you also have to pay $25/night for parking.

I’ve been at this hotel for 4 days there no hot water and at the front desk they said a lot of excuses but they never fixes, the breakfast table I have to cleaning by myself because nobody take care of that, and you have to paid for a parking when you get there!! There a lot of hotel around that one please don’t take this one…

I booked the room a month in advance and called two weeks prior to my stay to verify my reservation and details. When I checked in, I was informed after checking my room that the king suite I booked was not communicated by ******* and that room style was no longer available, but a double suite was. The elevators smelled and the floors were wet. I had to shoulder into my door because it was stuck and then had to roughly push it closed or it wouldn't lock. The walls in the dining area were dug into, the bathroom vanity was broken, and there was blood droplets on the carpet outside of the bathroom. The staff was nice and the bathroom items smelled good, though.
