酒店位置不錯，對面就是遊樂場主街，餐飲選擇很多
房間設施是我們想要的，設備餐具齊全，空間很大，我們住了三晚不需要額外清潔服務（現在一般連住5-7圖案才會給你打掃），環境不錯，內部很多休閑娛樂設施，大人小孩都合適。附近有很多超市和outlets，遊客很多。

The location is great if you plan to spend time on I-Drive. The hotel is run down. Lots of broke things in the room (I.e. door handles, furniture, bath hardware, drawers, etc). The floors were very dirty. There is only housekeeping available every third day even if you request it. The elevator doors stuck and the pool area had multiple safety cones up where there were hazards. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful motel with lots of space. Stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath suite with full kitchen. Lots of room. Very convenient to everything you need. Room facing Icon Park was a little loud until the park closed.

Location was great and the price is right. We got a two bedroom suite for the family and it was laid out very well with good amenities. The room smelled musty and there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom (see picture). We told the front desk and they promised to come clean and spray the room but they never did. The musty smell was there the whole stay.
There's no room service so you need to ask for fresh towels when you want them. It was kind of funny because they always seemed surprised that we were asking. The first time we called the front desk and asked for towels to be sent up but they never were, so I went down there myself and asked for towels and the guy said "do you want them now?" Like I would come down to the front desk and want towels delivered later? Then everyday I would stop by the front desk and ask for towels and I always got the same question "Would you like them now?" I don't understand why they were confused about that.

The staff were lovely but the property did not meet out expectations!
All rooms had a terrible, musty smell.
1st room - no heating, sink no draining
2nd room - heating not working
3rd room - not very clean with faulty doors.
I would strongly check out another property as this place looks okay from the outside, but the rooms are very dated and not the cleanest…

Stay away from this property.
The staff was real friendly so no complaints there.
The room itself seemed ok but there was this horrible chemical smell that was there the entire time. It gave me a headache and my lungs started to hurt. It seemed toxic.
I did inform the front desk and they send someone up to replace a filter but the smell was still there. It got me concerned, why did it smell like that in the first place.
Also you do not get room service at all. They mentioned something about after 7 days you get service.
The dishes in our kitchen area were dirty when we arrived. The area by the windows in the bedroom got completely wet because of the rain (but the windows were closed)
I would never go back.

I loved everything about this property. The nice lady that checked me in was amazing and the guy that checked me out was awesome as well. The property is well kept. Nice room with great view of icon park. The pool and hot tub was great. I will definitely be back. Thank Soneta 👍
