Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

Room was exactly what we looking for. My daughter enjoy her stay in her room. Definitely i recommend this place

While our room was in good order and clean (non of the tv remotes had battery in them), our check in experience and stay were not so great. When we arrived at the resort the check in receptionist was not welcoming or knowledgeable about any of the features that were supposed to accommodated for our stay. We an extra $49.95/night for resort fees which include the resort water park, mini golf, and movie theater. When we asked where we received our wrist bands they told us we do not need one. We come to find out (from over hearing another Rep) that we should come back to the front office when our full party was present. Following the check in, we checked in at 10:30 pm after hours of travel time. At 3:30am the fire alarm goes off in every building (the one inside our room did not work) I have three small children who have to be awake at 5:00am for a cheer competition the following morning. Needles we were worried and did as instructed and made our way outside down 4 flights of stairs. We come to find out there was no emergency after standing in the cold for almost a hour and half and we were told return to our room. Needless to say we are not very happy with our stay at this moment.

This hotel is terrible in all aspects, customer service is awful, room dirty, the A/C wasn’t working, definitely never coming back to this place.

We were in town for a cheer competition. It wasn’t until we booked the hotel room that they informed us we would be charged an extra $147 due to the water park. I advised we will not have time for the water park due to competition and was told it was their “policy” and I would not be getting a refund should I cancel my reservation. We are a family of 4 on a budget, and this set us back. I am highly upset the extra fees were not included I. The description while booking. I will be reaching out to the BBB, as well as other appropriate avenues. On top of the additional $147 $200 security deposit after advising them we will not have time to utilize amenities due to competition being early, the fire alarm went off for over an hour starting at 3am. The entire building was evacuated with ZERO communication as to what was going on, and if all the children staying on site were in danger. UNACCEPTABLE.

The rooms were not clean and smelled musty. The water was turned off due to maintenance. The cabanas smelled weird

The customer service was extremely terrible there was smoking on the property someone smoked in there room and 4 buildings were evacuated at 2 am just a terrible experience. The walls are paper thin the room next door kept us up all hours of night with crying children it was terrible.
