Perfect location very friendly and helpful staff but were few problems in the room ( hair dryer didn't n't work,ac didn't work). All problems were solved by staff.

周圍好多黑人，有點嚇人，我老公半夜出去買水，店周圍都是黑人，這邊孩子好多，來各種公園玩，車裡最好不要放東西，避免半夜被砸玻璃。

On the web site it says that there is a shuttle service to Universal studio but they dont have it anymore
It was ok because there is a bus stop near and it only take 20 min to walk to Universal if u dont want to wait.

The breakfast has basically no protein. It took multiple calls and a walk to the office to get a lightbulb replaced. The overall property is average at best.

Advertises a shuttle for Universal Studios. That is false. Property is undergoing ownership change. It is no longer Best Western. I've slept better camping in a tent. Go elsewhere.
