Hotel is comfortable, updated and clean with good staff. Parking could be difficult when arriving late at night and definitely not eco friendly since at breakfast all utensils are disposable; this is of course comfortable and clean since they’re for single use only but definitely not good for the environment. No EV chargers nearby.

Property is located to closet o Disney and other attractions. However, I didn't like the Left turn that we had to make every time and was very risky and road was very busy.

Took forever to get checked into a room. When they finally gave me a room, I went upstairs to find the cleaning staff still working on the room so I had to wait outside in the hallway for 10 minutes. Not a fun experience

Everything was great here. Staff was beyond friendly from check-in and throughout the stay.
Ricky, Carly and Aisha were helpful front desk staff. Housekeeping was prompt. I went to breakfast and by the time I came back to my room it was clean.
The hotel was clean every where and smelled great as you walked in the door. I will be returning

We like the hotel and the position of it, and It had plenty of parking. One of my deciding points to choosing this hotel was other reviews had said the American breakfast which is included is good and I wanted to save some money and time before going to the parks. I thought the breakfast was terrible. Plastic throwaway cutlery and cardboard plates. There was very little choice and even less if you were a vegan. For vegans there was only dry bread and jam. No alternatives have been thought of. There wasn't much more for vegetarians as the yoghurt had gelatine in.
The rooms were very spacious and I loved the locking internal door. Bathrooms were great and the shower was huge. Bed was very comfortable but the sitting room was very dark and uninviting to sit in. I'm guessing this would be great for families as there seemed to be plenty of sofa beds.
On the whole we liked the hotel but wouldn't stay here again as it is expensive and didn't work for us.
