Loved the hotel but one thing we didn’t enjoy was the smell of our hotel room. Thankfully we were out all day but the smell was our only issue.

We visited in February. We chose this hotel for the hot tub so we could use this in the afternoon/evening after the parks in case the pool was cold. The pool was cold and looked like it needed a clean. The hot tub was broken on arrival and we was told that they were awaiting maintenance. We checked every day of our 5 day trip but this was not fixed so we never used the pool or hot tub for our whole holiday which is usually a big part of our holiday. Very disappointing as this was our 25th wedding anniversary and our first holiday in 15 years without our children.

Stayed only 1 night, in town for a show. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was modern and clean. Despite being there during a long holiday weekend, it was crowded but quiet. Continental breakfast was ok. Would stay there again if/when in the Orlando area.

My family stayed here for 1 night before flying back home. My boys were really excited about going for a swim only to find that the pool was ice cold, dirty, and no towels outside. We ended up going out for a drive instead. Other than that our stay was nice. Room was clean and spacious.

The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are not sound proof so we heard everyone around us. During the breakfast hours all the trash of Orlando was there. Greedy people who take multiple plates over packed with food up to there rooms. People taking all the refrigerated items and packing there bags. This is why everyone hates Americans.

Love that this hotel was only 20-30 minutes from everything. Also was excited and only chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub but unfortunately the whole 4 days I was there we only got to use the hot tub once because it was filthy and was never cleaned. The water had a very weird smell/ taste to it so showering was uncomfortable and didn’t get to eat breakfast because even the drinks tasted weird. The best part was that room service came everyday and always came back to new towels and the bed made. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was great except the coffee. I am by no means a coffee snob but I couldn’t doctor this enough to drink it. The hotel was clean, quiet. I enjoyed my stay.
