Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport

空港からの送迎の場所などの記載がサイトにもどこにもなく分かりにくい上、電話で問い合わせたところとっても感じの悪い対応だった。観光客の多いエリアだから問い合わせが多く面倒くさいのでしょうか。観光客の多いエリアだからこそしっかりするべきなのでは！？

Very convenient to Orlando airport. No frills but nice room, clean nice bathroom and room. Good quality for the price.

Aesthetically, the hotel was nice. The A/C in the room did not work well at all. No hot water in the shower. Was only “warm”. Thermostat had a bright blue hue that would not dim. Told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care much.

The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean and brand new. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The service leaves something to be desired. We landed at the airport and went to the designated spot to be picked up by the shuttle. Waited close to 1/2 hour for the driver to get there. Lady at the front desk was not friendly and took forever to get our room. Likely not that big of deal except it was nearly midnight traveling with my 3 kids. The hospitality definitely leaves much to be desired.

It’s clean and staff is friendly but airport shuttle wasn’t available. That was ok because they sent a Lyft to pick me up. Initial room was still being cleaned. Had to go back to the desk to get another room. Restaurant isn’t really a restaurant. A bar and what looks like upgraded microwave food.

Wonderful hotel. Minimalist style but it works. Bed very comfy, nice amenities & a fun mirror in the bathroom. Staff very helpful. There is a nice bar in lobby for afternoon drinks or small meals but head down the street to Fish on Fire for a fun meal instead. Convenient to MCO too

First off, this is a gorgeous hotel that appears to be almost brand new. Beautifully decorated. The beds are comfy. They have an airport shuttle, which is nice. The negatives are that the reception staff is rather snotty, and the shower does not get hot. I woke up in a lot of pain in my lower back and was looking forward to a nice hot shower and I could not get the water above lukewarm. This is very frustrating. Also I t’s nice that they have a Keurig coffee maker in the room. However, we did not have enough cream and sugar. I called down in the morning asked if someone could run a few up. I was told in a rather snarky tone, “we don’t have room service, you’ll have to come down and get it”. Seriously,?!? Housekeeping, who’s out in the hallways servicing rooms couldn’t run a couple of creamers over to my room? I wasn’t dressed and ready to go out in public to get a couple of creamers. It was tone more than anything. I can understand if you’re shorthanded and don’t have enough people but just the whole vibe wasn’t very friendly. All in all I wouldn’t stay again unless I had absolutely no other choice. It’s too bad because like I said, it’s a beautiful place. But work on your customer service and definitely get your hot water fixed.

Very good stay this past weekend. Easy parking , clean rooms and property. Overall very pleasant stay , I would book again for future trips to Orlando

The redhead bartender has an amazing personality and her drinks were so good. The food was good. The front desk paid attention to me. I appreciate the staff after a long trip.
