As we arrived, I tried to find my reservation number on my cellphone because I imagined it would be helpful. But the lady working there immediately said she didn't need it and asked for my passport (like an immigration officer or something like that). So I calmly opened my wallet, gave her my driver's license, and asked her if that would be enough for a check-in at a hotel. Wouldn't it be better for the hotel employees to be trained to ask for an ID, not a passport? Though we are immigrants and have passports and permanent resident visas, she shouldn't be asking for people's passports like a security guard at the airport. Trea**ent at the reception during check-in was poor. After that, she said a few things fast, and we were good to go. She gave us an accessible room with a bathroom where everything would get wet because it was accessible for a wheelchair (which we didn't ask for). And that was it. I have to say that this was not the most pleasant moment of our trip.

Quite the fantastical looking place but average rooms. Check in, despite it being late, was super quick and the gated parking gave a nice sense of security. Having a bar downstairs is a nice touch and an attached Starbucks/Chick Fila is great for breakfast in the morning. But, given the look of the place I definitely expected a more premium room and experience.

We loved that the hotel was immediately adjacent to the mall so that we could shop without going outside. The check in ladies were professional and provided us many details. Our room was ready early and we much appreciated that as well. The pool towels were nice as well. Finally, our dinner at the onsite restaurant was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly service at the front desk was very welcoming. All employees on the hallways were helpful and attentive.
