A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.

This hotel feels like a small community with two outdoor swimming pools 🏊‍♀️ and laundry. I think this hotel is the most cost-effective. The key to the hotel is the Disney bracelet. The restaurant is in the lobby and has very American characteristics, basically some fast food. Overall, living here really feels like a holiday and is very laid back.

This hotel is really super nice. I did n’t have breakfast in it, but the hotel has a good Japanese food bar. After two days of dinner, I had a bus to Disney and the hotel was very clean.

It is very suitable for taking children, it is connected to the Hilton next to it. The swimming pool there is more suitable for children, the service is first-rate, the breakfast tastes okay, there is an extra charge, the price is relatively high

First of all, let me say we were blessed to have shelter and food during Hurricane Ian. There was a mandatory evacuation for us living on the water in Pinellas county. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Oneeph at the front desk. He went above and beyond to help us find the hotel ( we had been driving for 5 hours and got lost in Kissimmee). He helped us with our luggage and was a very friendly face in a stressful time. Very helpful and professional The hotel is older and could use a bit of renovation. Several things did not work in our room and I had to spend a lot of time with staff to get everything working. During the storm, our room, the elevators, and the first floor all had water coming in. We were on the 5th floor. Windows and doors should be upgraded. They gave us another room and it was fine. Difficut times difficult situation but we all got thru it. Thank you.

The only thing is that Ctrip's room is booked through a local agent in the United States, so if you want to take the hotel's free shuttlebus back to the hotel via Ctrip's room, be sure to let Ctrip find your flight number information in the guest information. A local American agent told the Disney Hotel. I once called the hotel directly and wanted to make an appointment in advance to get off the shuttlebus from Orlando Airport and go to the hotel. However, the hotel informed that because it is a room booked by Chinese travel agent, the shuttle bus is not accepted by the customer and must be booked through the hotel agent. However, this agent can only contact through Ctrip, and there is no way to contact him. Just for this appointment shuttlebus, I made a lot of calls to Ctrip before and after, and I haven't confirmed it all the time. Because of the time difference, our day is the night in the US, we go to work, and wait for the reply to be the next day. And the reply that was received the next day was ”there is no reply from the agent at the moment”, and it has been repeated several times. It is about 20 days later, and finally received a confirmation slip for booking shuttlebus, so This must be noted when booking.

The hotel bus shuttle park and the cable car shuttle park are very convenient. The hotel's meals are also good. It's nice to eat in the swimming pool, but it's too cold. Foreigners' physical fitness is really good. It's cold and windy around 10:00 p.m. Adults and children are swimming in the swimming pool. We stayed in the Lion King Suite. The mermaid is the most inconvenient. The suite is the closest to Nemo. The Lion King suite will be quieter next to Nemo.

We were greeted by Franciely she was great and she took care of us and made sure we were well attended. We got a couple of frozen drinks and mixed drinks and they tasted so good! I highly recommend swinging by this bar and enjoying the fun in the sun and the great people!

Beautiful and friendly hardworking staff with fantastic attitudes. Always happy to see me and chat, nice shaded areas at clean and satisfying pool, clean rooms and good wifi. Thanks as always.

Housekeeping and staff were excellent. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and are excellent to save money available for stay. The only thing I have to criticize is that the window panes were painted (frosted or something like that). This makes the place ugly, detracts from its elegance and does not allow one to appreciate the landscape. On the other hand, they should have some television channels in Spanish, since there are many Latinos who visit Florida.
