Super chill, clean and safe.. this is one of my favorite "cost conscious" lodging options on the A1A. The property is a bit older but maintained and clean, each experience I have had with the front desk staff has been jovial and pleasant. Staff is easy to communicate with and the property is within walking distance to the 7-11, Pizza Hut, ABC Store and Surf Style shop.

The hotel is poorly maintained for the 200 per night, you can tell in the doors, blinds, closet, bed lamps, etc. There was no shower gel nor shampoo in the shower, just one tiny soap bar in the vanity.
The exterior and the pool area were sad and poorly taken care of.
The positives: next to the beach, free parking, free coffee machine, friendly staff, elevator, the room has a kitchen, many tv premium channels.

Property was old and not well maintained. Bathroom was moldy and cabinets were chipped. Handle on bathroom door continually fell off. Lock on door was broken. Check in was at 4. I was allowed to check in but when I arrived at my room house keeping was just beginning to clean the room and it was not ready for another hour and a half

Appalling. Worse than a cheap truck stop motel. Rooms are dirty, limited linen and no bath soap or batteries in remote controls for the TV units.
Do yourself a favour and do not stay here keep your options open. If you are after a true **** experience, then I do encourage you to spend one night there.

This is not as advertised, cleanliness was an issue and there is clear signs of illicit activity. There was only one staff member and she was on call only. Trust me and keep swiping or you will after.

Clean and quiet for the price. Entry and parking is tight for larger vehicles. Can see both the ocean and parking from your room.

The towels and the pillows have stains that look like blood stains and brown stains! If you must check into one of their rooms,make sure to remove the pillow cases and check because you don’t want to put your face on a pillow that can get you sick!

It was a great location, pool and pool area were nice and clean.
But its the room.... it stunk bad enough we had to go buy a car air freshener to put on the heater fan. There was still food on the floor from previous renters. Bedding was clean though. We stayed there only because we wer late in the day and needed a spot just for the night. If you are planning more than a nights stay... I'd go pay the extra money for cleanliness

The hotel seems a little raggedy outside the inside is nice if you glance but the if you pay attention it’s not for long term stay lots of water damage on furniture lots of wear and tear for sure!
