Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and willing to help us. The bed was comfortable and we never heard noise from any of the neighbors. The unit was clean and an ideal size for a couple or couple with littles or one grown child. Location was great, could walk to several restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the beach. Our first time at this location. Very impressed and will return.

I stayed the first week of June and had an updated unit. Check in was easy and my room was clean and updated Beach front balcony with amazing views. Housekeeping were available and changed towels twice and very pleasant when I needed more garbage bags . Service with a smile is the greatest. Ormond Beach has great restaurants and shopping.

Excellent customer service. Amanda is AWESOME. We enjoy it every time we visit. Very comfortable, and the rooms are newly renovated and look Great. I would recommend this to anyone.

The Georgian Inn Beach Club in Ormond Beach, Florida is our favorite place to stay. It is always clean and well maintained. Most of the rooms are newly remodeled and are nice sized studios with full kitchens. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful, and caring. They are the best of any place we stay. There are a number of activities each week for the purpose of building community. Their snowbird program is the best anywhere. Every time we come there it feels like coming home.

Location is excellent - right on A1A rooms facing the ocean and pool also faces the ocean. Rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. You can walk to so many restaurants and mini-golf is nearby. Daytona Beach is one block south of the resort - pier is about 5 miles south. So many places nearby to visit. Staff is always helpful and desk is manned 24x7 which is very rare now at timeshares. GIBC treats everyone like we are extended family.

The area was great. Right by the ocean. Balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean and met our needs. We were located in order to go to different sightseeing locations. The staff were wonderful in getting anything we requested. Had towel exchange several times during the week and laundry facilities on sight was nice.

The place is a little run down, but the location is great. They do things that affect your vacation without warning like replace the hot water heater. The water is piped wrong for the bathroom sink and the water was turned off for the dishwasher.

Horrible staff rude, making me go to a store at 9PM at night as there was no soap for me to shower before bed. I was told come back tomorrow. I needed to wash my hands after using the facilities, and obviously no way to shower. The management leaves a lot to desire in a hotel.

This is an older building which has been renovated. The room was spacious with a waterfront balcony. The bed was very comfortable. This was a very enjoyable stay! given the opportunity we will return!
