Disgraceful hotel!! Awful customer service!!!!!Multiple emails asking questions NO REPLY!! many many questions asked on their Facebook page they answered Spanish but ignore English..no response no help really bad customer service and customer care! Spent 10,000 euro on 8 people for a holiday and nobody would answer simple questions... the experience was horrifying. Would advise anyone from English speaking countries to think twice about booking this hotel! The promo video is not what is advertised. The hotel looks completely different.

I visited Marina d'Or with my two English speaking kids and we had an absolutely wonderful time. What we loved the most: * authentic Spanish holiday experience, no "Full English Breakfast" offerings everywhere, no loud and disorderly groups of lads you might encounter in Magaluf or Benidorm, just relaxed Spanish families, sometimes a few generations travelling together, everyone chilled out and having a good time * this is a really safe resort, there was a security officer in the lobby in the evening but there is no drunkenness, no disco noise, no problems of this nature, it feels a lot like Disneyland with decorated streets, catchy own tune that stays with you long after you leave and evening parades that get everyone out to enjoy music, dancing with mascots and performers plus fireworks * the food offering is mind blowing and it was included in our room rate, breakfast was freshly cooked, with lots of choices from healthy ones including fresh fruit all the way down to guilty sweet pleasures of pastries and cakes. Lunch and dinner, again, plenty of options, not just carbs but salads, meat, cold cuts, fish (one dinner there were five types of fish on offer, one made to order and also two different paellas, one valencian style with rabbit and chicken and one with seafood, both excellent). The soft drinks were included in all meals too - that saves a fortune and keep the service smooth as well. Yes yes, ice cream machine is there too. * entertainment is very well organised and delivered in a really enthusiastic way. Dancing classes for children were a lot of fun with some parents joining in eagerly and people passing by finding it difficult not to swing their hips. The theme parks, such as Jardin Encantado, are an absolute must, you get a fantastic performance of genuinely happy and upbeat actors, opportunities for cool pictures and music that can put the grumpiest into a relaxed holiday mood. * spa - it is not your typical spa experience of staying on the bed mediating with a cup of green tea in silence. It is a fun complex of different pools (roman baths, from super cold to very warm, mud pool, floating with fresh lemons, jacuzzies, different water experiences etc). It is important to manage your expectations here, it is a fun place, cool place for families, kids, it can get a bit noisy or chaotic but ultimately it is something very unique, relaxing when you settle in your favourite pool or on a sunbed at the outside terrace. I can guarantee that you will be super hungry and thirsty after spending time in this spa and your skin will thank you for every minute. * staff - everyone is extremely helpful and polite, nothing is too much trouble, a lady who did not speak English (with our Spanish being too limited) just took her phone and used Google Translate to help us, staff members in the restaurant said "gracias" every single time they picked up our plates, even though it should be us thanking them for keeping the place nice, clean and

The room was very hot, and the remote was missing one battery. We had to borrow one from my wife’s hair trimmer to watch tv. Also the shower pressure was extreme, and made the hose viciously attack me. Furthermore, they make you spend 5 Euros on a blue shower cap in order to swim in the indoor spa pool. However, the staff is to die for. Especially the delightful Klaudia. She was an absolute joy. We were non-Spanish speaking Americans, and she was kind, patient, well-dressed, quick to smile, and spoke English to us even though it was an uncomfortable experience for her. She would, in our opinion, make a wonderful au pair for any family looking for such, though I don’t know if she is looking for a position like that. If you need a manager of any customer service related position, I would trust Klaudia to be that manager. If I ever move to Spain and start any sort of business that deals with the public directly, she would be my first call! I miss her already. Because of Klaudia, this 2-star hotel gets 5 stars.

Hotel very very tired. Bathroom really old. Was a nespresso machine in room but no coffee, no toiletries in bathroom. Staff were fabulous, esp in dining area. Food was ok but always cold as it was buffet. Needs to be more info in room where stuff is, didnt get a map when we checked in, which we later got the next day asking for info where there was an actual swimming pool we could use, as we couldnt take my 3 year old in spa. Kids club says 3 year and above, but when we turned up they refused to let my daughter in because she had a dummy and pull up training pants. They need to make the age higher if they dont want younger ones. Loved the waterpark,didnt catch any of shows as both children tired. Was hoping for a bit of luxury as it said it 5 star but needs alot of work. Prob run down becausw of covid and lack of funds.

Ok so honest review place is fab for kids. We live in Spain so use to Spanish places as in little older looking and everything is manana...we decided with reviews to do apartment as food reviews weren't great and thought restaurants round about be better.. they are all same menus we found two fish restaurant.one Italian . but it's pizza or burgers chicken ect.. everywhere.. altho were fab but after few days craving something different ... We did adventure park son is nine loved it but few rides closed... Also wear trainers if kids want to do adventure circuit and if under 12 you have to do with them also trainers... Son had mini meltdown but got over it.. younger adventure area was same couple rides not on.. parade was great think on Monday wed Fri.. 9 pm.. husband did water park with son said not much rides.. and pay for lounger locker all add ons .. done in couple hours.. I did 5* spa which said no kids got there and kids allowed in all areas.. was fantastic but again steam rooms closed saunas closed !!. I paid 35 .. and 24 for son as thought he could do kids spa on own but have to be with adult so did last hour all ... kids spa on top which is fab me and my son loved it.. note wear water socks as feet get sore on mats and flooring.needs little repairing . Definitely biggest spa iv been in. over all I enjoyed as so much for son to do if he's happy I'm happy.. try get deal in hotel.. august is expensive but if we get deal later in year id go back ..hubby said wouldn't .. we were at furthest end of resort so lot walking and no internet in apartments which when booked said there was ..

Se podría definir como un CASI TODO INCLUIDO - Resaltar la buena atención de todo el personal del hotel y la calidad de la comida en el buffet pero todo lo demás un desastre. -Hasta el punto que teniendo reserva hecha para comer en uno de los restaurantes tematizados al llegar nos dijeron literalmente que se HABÍAN QUEDADO SIN COMIDA! Teniendo un sistema de reservas es complicado entender eso. - Falta mucha formación al personal que no sabe bien que opciones tiene el cliente según su régimen. -La información con respecto a qué tienes acceso y a que no es nula, después de mucho preguntar nos dijeron que si podríamos ir a los espectáculos de otros hoteles del resort para que el niño pudiera ver a las mascotas, cosa que supimos al ver a otros usuarios de nuestro hotel en otros hoteles, tienes que ir como pollo sin cabeza preguntándole al personal todo y es importante porque NO ES REALMENTE UN TODO INCLUIDO, muchas cosas no entran en el régimen ULTRA TODO INCLUIDO (parece broma pero no lo es, incluso en algo tan básico como un cafe y algo de comer en una de las cafeterías nos dijeron que habia dulces que no entraban en nuestro régimen UTI). -Problemas con los aires acondicionados, a nosotros al principio no nos funcionaba y después de arreglarlo teníamos una gotera en el techo (la solución que nos dieron fue quitar la placa de escayola y dejarlo abierto chorreando). - Hacer reservas en los restaurantes es casi imposible por fechas o por qué simplemente te dice que está cerrado. - También pasa con ciertos servicios que se supone tienes allí, como por ejemplo gimnasio que nos dijeron que no estaba disponible por reformas (lo único que según la web está en reforma es el balneario interior). - En definitiva, se han precipitado en abrir los hoteles sin tenerlos listos (les falta mucha reforma en general), te cobran un pastón por ir y una vez allí arreglate como puedas y ellos mientras van haciendo malabares para ir apagando fuegos.

El hotel una decepción. Perdimos el primer día puesto que a pesar de llegar a la 13h no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 18:30 . La habitación bonus level tiene una cama doble y una cama nido donde una de las camas estaba sin hacer y tuvimos que pedir ropa de cama y hacerl nosotros. En el baño faltaba papelera y jabón de manos sólo había jabón en la ducha que suponemos era válido para cuerpo y pelo. La consola sin mando que conseguimos tras varias reclamaciones y venía sin configurar. El segundo día la habitación sin limpiar hasta las 21 h y tras reclamar varias veces. El resto de los días la limpieza tarde después de las 15:30 de la tarde. El bufet regular y poco variado. El todo incluido decepcionante sólo comida y bebida. No volveremos.

Experiencia decepcionante. Pagas una pasta y no lo vale. En el check in nos atendieron fatal, informacion 0, solo pasar este qr y ahi viene todo. Y si preguntas te cortan rapido. Muchas colas y a pesar de tener ultratodoincluido y premium, en algunos bares haces cola igual, asi que no se para que venden una cosa que no es. En el balneario estuve media hora de cola y segun me dijo la chica q es que estaba solita. Pensaros antes de venir porque la gente esta en general bastante descontenta. La cafeteria 2d puf! Un horror. Toda la barra llena de platos y las camareras desbordadas discutiendo con clientes. El restaurante la flama pues bueno, regularcito. No hay carta de vinos en el buffet por cierto, no se enteran de nada y cada uno luego te dice una cosa. No creo que vuelva sinceramente.

Pesadilla en la tierra. Colas de dos horas para el check-in. Habitaciones sin terminar. Instalaciones generales arrasadas. Suciedad. Buffett de la más baja calidad. Shows lanentables. Personal sobrepasado por la presión de los clientes, todo el mundo está enfadado.
