Zatrzymaliśmy się na 3 noce, a nasz pokój pachniał stęchlizną, jedzenie jest okropne, lepiej wyjść na jedzenie, jest 12 minut od goreme, ma podstawy dla 3-gwiazdkowego hotelu, personel jest przyjazny i chętny do pomocy ty

Wpadłem do tego hotelu i było to najgorsze doświadczenie w historii. Brudny. Starożytny. Przerażający. Pokój był brudny, musiałem wytrzeć meble, zanim cokolwiek odłożyłem. Brudna łazienka. Wanna pełna grzybów i czwartorzędnego amnezji. Jedzenie, zarówno kolacja, jak i śniadanie też były okropne, złe jedzenie bez różnorodności. Bez smaku. Na śniadanie dużo sera, ale chleb gumowy i ani jednej słodkiej rzeczy w każdym razie. Ostatniego dnia kolacja poza hotelem. A okna pokoju zasłonięte są jedynie zasłonami, które jeśli zapomnimy, wszystko widać z zewnątrz. Brak prywatności. Udogodnienia z wyjątkiem basenu. Źle utrzymany. Nie polecam, nawet jeśli jest darmowy.

Ogólnie miłe wrażenie architektury samego hotelu, wykonanej w stylu mauretańskim. Bardzo przyjemne wrażenie sprawia też dekoracja zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych ścian hotelu naturalnym kamieniem (zapewne tufem lokalnym, którego w Kapadocji pod dostatkiem). Ale po raz pierwszy szokuje mnie tak niechlujne i brudne wykończenie wanny oraz pełzające po krawędzi wanny małe owady. Byłem z żoną w dniach 15-16 października 2021, pokój 1118. Jest plik wideo.

To nie jest hotel w tej cenie, jedzenie nie jest smaczne, lokalizacja jest średnia, personel jest normalny. Sprzątanie nie wygląda źle. Napełnili wodę z fontanny, tylko woda była darmowa do posiłku, woda była z góry zapłacona, ale była to woda z kranu.

Older hotel with noisy rooms and large bathrooms but the shower was in need of repairs Lots of steps so not suitable for older people Food was very average compared to other hotels we stayed in Turkey 2 of us got food poisoning out of 3 people in the party so missed the ballooning Not recommended

cleanliness at the lowest level. Walls of paper, you can hear exactly what people are saying outside the door and hear every step. The room is dark, hair on the sheets. You can see that the room was cleaned quickly and inaccurately. Mold in the bathroom is unacceptable. The toilet is a joke, all dirty and so is the bathtub. Orange juice is orange colored water. Sliced sausage is some of the cheapest luncheon meat, as for a dog. Milk also diluted with water. In the warm buffet, 5 dishes to choose from, the service imposes and reluctantly gives larger portions. The gentleman in the suit does not use either tongs or gloves, he passes with his hands. Poor food, little choice, lousy coffee. The waiters manage to take your plate away in the middle of your meal. Typical, better choose another hotel

This is a Nice place and beautiful view stay with your family service is very good hotel room is very clean and safe all the faciloty available for hotel An amazing Hotel from the ambience to the service ! The room was lovely, clean, fresh and beautiful with a outstanding view. The Resteraunt Manger ( i guess) a tall fark headed man was fantastic, just great service with a smile each day. Belle Boys to carry your luggage to your room ( upstairs) were fabulous. A SPEACIAL THANK YOU to the Night Manager ?/ Kitchen Manger ? who was working 20 hours a day ......:) i kept seeing him everywhere. Nothing was a problem, they were unbeliveable. Would LOVE to go back DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!! JUST AMAZING ! Saturday May 6th- Tuesday May 9th B Paris

Amazing and magical stay at this property. There was so much snow in Cappadocia in March 2022, but we enjoyed the comfortable room, great service, friendly and warm staff, always there to help when required. As a family, we have decided, we have to come back to this magical place, in summer or winter. The sight seeing was amazing with the fairy chimneys the ATV ride was thrilling, sad we could not do the hot air balloons due to the weather, but we look forward to it on our next trip.
