Excellent hotel, equipped with beautiful SPA. Perfect cuisine. It was difficult to resist temptation of eating more than is needed. We spent in this hotel wonderful winter holidays. We have there everything we needed. I can truly recommend this hotel.

Great location with a relaxing spa and good food.From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every detail was impeccably managed, making our stay truly memorable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every request, whether it was for extra towels or recommendations for local attractions, was met with a friendly smile and prompt service. Their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. We intend to return in the summer.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms, delicious food, marvellous spa and super friendly team. The external swimming pool gives the opportunity to enjoy wonderful view on the mountains. Snacks in the afternoon are great and they help all very hungry skiers to survive till dinner I recommend the hotel in 100%!

Beautiful setting in the mountains, gorgeous views, great indoor /outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Rooms spacious and clean. Although there were plenty of choices with the pre dinner buffet much of the same food was recycled the next day into something else. My main reason for rating the resort only 4 stars was because of the flies, flies on the buffet as well as flies in the dining area landing on your food while eating .

Despite the fact that pictures at the hotel were beautiful and inviting, unfortunately, everything nice and beautiful was only external. We stayed for 5 nights – during this time no hygiene items were provided. Once we decided to ask and then we were given. There were also no shoe trays, openers, sewing tools, all thing you may hope to have available in your room. There was no air indoors, there was a lack of ventilation so you need to open windows to have fresh air. The meal was good, but unfortunately mediocre – nothing special. The next day, the food of the previous day was used. My husband received food poisoning. In an unfortunate way, the hotel was also very inflexible and did not find a way to find a compromise. We were to change our hotel's reservation due to circumstnces, our needs were ignored and we had zero response. We were to pay extra without any service provided. Normally you can expect some additional services as a token of hospitality. Overall, everything was as it was, but still something was missing. This hotel given on a grand scale is not worth the price.

We loved the spaces, the room, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, the positioning close to Sa ta Cristina. However the service was below expectations: - the food was average both breakfast and dinner, not much variety; only when we had Luigi taking care for our table we could change some of the things in the meniu. He was the only nice and smiling person in that hotel. Everybody was coldly and falsely nice. - the ski bus was going only 5 min distance to Ortisei wich is not on Selaronda so we had to use our car and go to struggle to find parking, pay extra, etc and even when we asked to oay separately the guy with the car sitting for nothing in frint of the hotel simply refused. - and the wosrt was the food/ water intoxication I got so the last 2 days of skying were wasted. I vomited 🤮 during night and day and when I told them they raised their shoulders and felt sorry but did nothing even when 20 more turists had the same problems. Assumed zero care or responsibility for this which was obviously a problem coming from the hotel water or food. It is a pitty as this is a great hotel but definitely poor management. It could be easily improved if people there would care more and show more passion for the job and tourists.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location, with a beautiful spa (indoor and outdoor). The room was stylishly designed and always superbly clean. Very spacious bathroom with heated floor. Service staff was very friendly (especially Luigi), the children's playroom located just off the dining room was also handy. There is also complimentary spring water available at all times at dinner, which is nice and we have not encountered this in similar hotels. We liked that there was also a special Valentine's menu or dinner with music. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Nice place Everything was perfect but the presence of entire families of 20/25 People made the place noisy and not resting unfortunately. They didn’t respect other People ´s sleep at night ( shouted,banged the doors, even played music at its u**ost, talked loudly in the sauna and so on) Too bad.
