Alpstay - Chalet Hotel Hartmann - Adults Only

There are some fleas on the bed. My girlfriend was bitten a lot by the fleas here.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Hartmann last week. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the breakfast was the absolute highlight! There was so much choice and it is all included. The staff were extremely kind and helped us find hiking routes and places for dinner. We really loved the spa – there is a small sauna and steam room which is perfect after a day in the mountains. There is an honesty bar system so you can make yourself drinks throughout the day and in the evening if you wish. The walk into town is about 15 minutes downhill, and about 20 minutes on the way back, but we enjoy getting our steps in and the hotel feels very peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Dolomites.

The location of this wonderful hotel is just outside of town so that you are not disrupted by the tourists, but close enough that it is an easy walk in. There is even a walking trail directly behind the hotel for easy access. This elegant hotel offers all the modern amenities you could want, and includes wonderful views, lovely sitting areas, and a self-serve bar so that you can relax at your leisure. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offered something for everyone and was is in a welcoming room on the first floor. As nice as all of these things are, the service by the staff was what made our stay extra memorable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us in any way possible. Our stay here was fantastic and we would recommend the Hotel Hartmann to anyone visiting Ortisei.

A very comfortable Hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The walking path behind the Hotel leads to downtown. A 10 minute walk.

This was a lovely quiet small hotel. The receptionist was very helpful regarding walks and booking a restaurant for us. The breakfast is excellent , albeit a little late opening for us (8am) In the afternoon until 6pm they have cakes available free of charge. They also have an honesty bar. Our room had a huge balcony ( room 102) with loungers and it does get the sun. I would recommend this hotel , approx 15/20 min walk into town . It is uphill on the way back

Great choice I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend
