Location is great, 15 min walk to shinshaibashi. But it’s quieter with some local grocery stores within the block.
it’s a more like an Air BnB, with affordable prices, nothing much to complain.
Wifi is the only problem. Terrible.

As its name suggested, it is located on the east side of Dontonbori (東心齋橋). However, it is quite far from any metro station. So on the day when you arrive or depart, you need to walk about 15 minutes to the closest subway station, which will not be easy if you have a big suitcase or if it rains.
They seemed to have a lot of inexperienced staff working there without any proper training. The answer from one staff was always different from the other one. For example, we did not have any slippers in the room so we asked the front desk girl and she said the hotel does not provide slippers, which is not common in Japan. After a while, we asked another girl and she got us a pair from the store room.
There is only 1 elevator in the whole building.
Their rate is not high but if you are willing to pay a little more, you will find some other better options.

長堀橋下來走點路吧，按導航出口出，一直走再拐個彎看到全家就到了，前台都是會説中文的小哥哥和小姐姐，房間還有個小陽台，除了衞生間超級小以外其他都還可以，價位也適中，基本上去心齋橋和難波都是用走的1.2-1.4公里之內，就是一直出行的話酒店離地鐵站距離還是略遠了一點，走多了累逛了一天下來衹想出地鐵就是酒店…

記得花築是攜程旗下的品牌
同比了別家這個價位裏面面積算是較大的
然後前台也是我們“自家”小姐姐，溝通起來很方便
位置的話不能説很近，往三個地鐵站都要走十分鐘後到二十分鐘不等。
但是因為這個原因，也相對安靜些，不會像商區那麼吵鬧。

我承認我有賭的成分，如果追求價格這個酒店不錯。但衞生真的做的有點差勁……枕頭上臟，廁所浴缸不下水，洗澡還順便泡腳，很厲害。前台都是中國人，比較方便交流。去心齋橋還是有點遠，我們每天走大概15分鐘（不要小瞧距離，日本旅行是很累的，晚上玩完回來這個距離還是磨人的）離各個交通點也是要腿，有一點不太方便。還是那句話，追求價格就不要考慮這麼多，但如果有好的選擇建議換。

酒店位置非常不錯，鬧中取靜。旁邊有生活超市，地鐵站也不遠。酒店設備也很新，一應俱全。前台有國人，溝通無障礙。好評。
