Room come with foot massage machine. Separate toilet and bathtub with shower. Complementary coffee and tea at lobby, supper they serve rice soup. Service was good and very near to namba station

Perfect location just 3 minutes walk from Namba Station. Family Mart next to the hotel for convenient buy of snacks. Few eateries along the streets for quick meals. The hotel is clean and the service is good. Complementary bath salt, facial mask at hotel lobby. They even serve free light supper which we enjoy.

Location is reallt near to Namba station- check in and out timkng strictly 3pm and 11pm. Free water is only starting from 3pm to 11pm. Even if wanna get hot water for kids milk not entertained.

Excellent location next to Nankai Airport rail, and Namba City. Good service, surprised with foot massage device in room. Only drawback is small room but still acceptable.

Great location! Very close to Namba station and shopping mall (Namba Parks) just downstairs and restaurants open to late night. I like the way it's just a little bit away from Shinsaibashi so it's not too crowded. A photo of a grilled meat restaurant downstairs opens to 4:00am!

Very nice hotel and well services specially from hotel receptionist while faced problems.

Location is unbeatable - right next to Namba station and there is even a Macdonalds just right at the doorstep. Hotel is clean and the foot massager machine in the room is really a great plus point.

Choose this hotel because station Nankai Express to Kansai Airport is just right in front of hotel, which make dragging of large luggages was so convenient. Surrounding of hotels (like just next to hotels) has many foods like McD and others; as well as Takashimaya and other department stores at Namba station. Though room is small (Queen size bed) but luggage can be store under the bed. Complete toiletries (except no face mask like Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku) but they hv foot massager. Safety box not working for the room. Definable will stay here again.

Hotel was based on a friend’s recommendation and it exceeded our expectations ALMOST! The location is outstanding everything you need is with walking distance and the rooms are the absolute gorgeous the best Japanese experience small yet modern especially the bathroom. The only problem and it’s a big deal breaker is with the hotel customer service… they make you feel unimportant and for this reason I will never come back EVER to this hotel! At the last minute we decided to come a day early and required two bookings. They could not accommodate us in the same room. We checked out at 8am instead of the customary 11am check out time because we had a tour planned at 9am. They required us to check back into our new room at 3pm… so when we returned at 130pm from our tour and inquired if our room was ready. They charged us 1000 yen to check in early… totally unacceptable but we paid it because we were tired… Prior to this we wanted to partake at the hotel breakfast buffet at 7am when it opens before we head out to our tour but they said it’s gonna be busy til 830am because of tour groups… Am I a hotel guest? I definitely did not walk off the street and you’re forbidding me to eat at your restaurant so you can please other tour groups. Absolute hypocrisy! I came all the way from Hawaii to be treated as such is unacceptable… so at their suggestion we went to the hotel restaurant next door to enjoy their much better breakfast. And if we come back to Osaka with our family, we plan on staying there instead of here for our next vacation!
