Stayed at level 32, nice view from the room.
Super near, walking distance to shopping malls. Just above Osaka train station. Love the hotel ambiance, easy self check in and checkout.
Just across the street is the airport limousine bus terminal, just buy ticket on departure date. Very convenient

A convenient place to stay if you like shopping and endless of food and entertainment. It can get super crowded during check-in. Laundry can be a challenge as they imposed Nonesens rules on it. The machine has finished the laundry but owner came back more than 1hr later to collect it. Hotel is not doing anything.

Don’t like the sink to be placed outside the washroom. The shower switch is a bit difficult to manage. The sanitory bag didn’t refill on one night. The luggage stand is too small to hold the suitcase.
The renovation is new and modern and the location is very convenient.
