Best place to stay there. Train station is near and you can find food easily. Highly recommend this hotel

The room is quite larger than I thought as we could open two luggages (29inch) together at the same time. The location was also good for me, there are convenient stores and metro stations near the hostel. The female staff was very willing to help when we wanted to book another day of staying. However, the male staff who picked up the phone in the night was quite impolite, but overall I would still recommend this hostel!

When I make the booking, I have select 2 adults, 2 children 14yo and 11yo, the search room result was two double bedroom which is for 4 paxs and it was full amount we pay. But end up during our check in day, the receptionist refused we booked for 4 paxs because in their system shown was only 2 adults and we are required to pay extra 2000yen for each night, each children, I didn’t put the blame on them of course because I’m using Trip.com to make this reservation. In my opinion Trip.com and hotelier should make a better communication and transparent for guest. I did try out for 4 adults search and it comes out the amount was similar like I’m making booking for 2 adults and 2 children. Just the receptionist insisted that we have to pay for the extra cost for the children. End up, the person in charge does an exceptional for us for paying the extra after we voice up our dissatisfaction on their booking platform. This hostel is good for short stay one or two night(s) and not suitable for families because the space is too small and the ceiling is too high we couldn’t even feel the heater heat during winter. The ceiling fan is full of dust;( The only things we love is location to metro is just 10-15min walking distance and there is a family mart just a few doors away.

This hotel is very good， I spent a few pleasant nights here， The service personnel are very good and kind， Solve any problems as soon as possible.

I did not really like the location but the place is really good. Would still recommend
