Nice hotel for family, superb location and providing heat pack during winter season. It provides free welcome every day with plenty of drinks options. Room abit small, but overall very satisfy.

Connecting rooms are definitely good for families.
The room could accommodate 3 single beds!
Appreciate the fact that we could sit at the lobby for drinks or packed meals for dinner at the end of every day.
Location is good. In between Shinsaibashi and Namba stations.
There is self-service 2in1 washer and dryer.
Counter staff were helpful when we asked about directions.
They even have self drawn out maps to help us get around the area.. 👍🏻

Great location, the breakfast is not too expensive and there are sufficient choices of bread, simple food, chicken and soup to choose from, lots of drinks to choose from. The drinks bar is also available till 12am, you can choose any hot or cold drinks and unlimited supply. Highly recommended for families and with children. Although the room is small, there is sufficient bed when you combine all three together. Definitely and come again.

This hotel in Osaka was fantastic! It was located in a great area, close to all the major attractions and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

Loved the hotel looks and amenities provided to us!
Accommodation for Chinese speaking travellers, they will guide you accordingly. Welcome drink includes snacks and various options of drinks! Amazing
Free laundry for us to use. And don’t have to use our own detergent. Room was very spacious and clean. With international plugs for us already so we didn’t had to use adapters.
It was our first time in Japan Osaka and initially thought hotel would be very far but nope it was very convenient. Pedestrians walkways were adequate and easy to move around. Very near dontonburi!
