Hotele w mieście Osaka (Nishiyodogawa Ward)

Check-in was quite time-consuming, requiring me to enter all guest information using an iPad. The room was not very large, the sofa was small and worn, the shower was awkwardly located, and the towel placement was poor, with no space for old towels. The reservation indicated a quadruple bed and a single bed, but the so-called single bed turned out to be a folding bed placed in the living room, which is not very spacious and not suitable for a floor bed. There were few parking lots nearby, and the prices were quite high. If you couldn't park nearby, you had to park further away, and there was no cap on the parking fee, which was not worth it. Also, on our last night, the hotel entrance code wasn't mentioned during check-in, and we had to wait until other guests arrived before entering.

Very clean room, the landlord and his wife are very enthusiastic, sound insulation is better, in the residential area, everyone is very quiet. Next time I will choose this ～ a few minutes walk from the subway station. They are all empty streets and the street view is beautiful. It is very close to Osaka Station and Umeda.

The room is small and compact. My mom and I, who are big for Asians, can stay together without feeling cramped. You can open a big suitcase, so you don't have to worry about packing. The bathroom may be small, but it is the general size of a Japanese hotel. The facilities in the hotel are very good. You can pick up your amenities on the third floor, which is the hotel lobby, including your pajamas. Also there are coin laundry machine and vending machine located on 3rd floor as well. The staff are very kind and lovely and always ready to help. The most important thing is that the location is very convenient because you can enter the hotel by elevator from the subway exit 16. If you go back to the airport by bus, it is also easy, just take 1 ride by subway the red line; Midosuji from Yodobayashi station to Umeda station. It only takes 15 minutes. very very convenient. TBH 100% recommend.

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls.
