Hotele w: Osaka Station/Umeda, Osaka

Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. Byłem sceptyczny przed wejściem, ale to była przyjemna niespodzianka. Mają indywidualne szafki do butów, aby zablokować buty, nawet zapewniają skarpetki, aby chodzić po hotelu. Pokój jest bardzo czysty i pachnie dobrze, łóżko jest tak wygodne, że tak dobrze spałem. Szampon i klimatyzator, mycie twarzy i rąk były bardzo dobrej jakości i zapewniono niezbędne udogodnienia. Chociaż jest to public onsen, kocham myśląc bezpłatne lody po onsen, które poszedł raz przez 3 noce pobytu, jedyną złą pamięć była to, że w obszarze prysznicu mogłem zapach mocz. Innym niż to wszystko było doskonałe. Stacja pociągów jest bardzo blisko, dużo jedzenia w pobliżu i Lawson jest tuż obok. Chciałbym zarezerwować ten hotel ponownie, kiedy wrócę do Osaki.

Conveniently located between Yodoyabashi and Kitahama and 3 konbinis nearby, this is the perfect hotel for making day trips to Kobe and Kyoto! Room is kept clean and service has been wonderful! Will definitely pick here again when i am back to Osaka in future.

This hotel is super good! It's only about 50 meters from Yodoyabashi subway station. It's not tucked away in an alley, but it's still very quiet. There's a FamilyMart convenience store about 100 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 200 meters away. You can also find plenty of great food options within a 10-minute walk. I stayed in a 25-square-meter room, which was a perfect size, and the bedding was excellent and very comfortable. They offer complimentary toiletries in the lobby, and check-in is self-service. The front desk staff are also very nice. Overall, I highly recommend it! My first visit to Osaka was very satisfying thanks to this stay!

Really good stay at the hotel. Amenities were really good, was able to request a hair curler and straightener for entire stay. At reception, they had several toiletries such as bath salts, tooth brushes, mouth wash. Only thing I’d mention is that you have to put out your clean room sign by 10am for the cleaners, so if you’re looking for a lay in might not be possible. However, the cleaners are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would definitely recommend and enjoyed my stay here!

It was clean and comfortable! They take care of every detail and the staff is kind and helps you in every moment! With out doubt I will come back to this hotel again.

We like the connecting room for our family trip and stay a few times in the Kitahama branch. The service is very thoughtful and they provide towels at the lobby when raining for use right at the entrance.You feel so warm just like at home. Also, there is a beautiful heart in the lobby

The facilities very good staff very friendly,the room I like quite nice and quiet can see the view..it's also got washing machine and dryer on the 2F.. easy to walk to umeda metro station abt 5-10min..
