Every time I’m in Oshawa I stayed at this Comfort Inn. It’s very quiet and clean, the staff are very friendly.

My room was not cleaned well, the tables had visible dirt and one of the beds sheets had obviously not been changed.
The room and hotel also smelled quite a bit like smoke.

This is a Comfort Inn that lives up to its name. Comfortable room, excellent staff attention and clean.
I think it beats Comfort Inns on its vicinity.
I did not like having to walk up and down stairs. A chair lift for seniors and the disabled?

The staff on Sunday were good.
My TV didn’t work properly and there was no one available to fix the problem. I asked to change to a room with a working TV but this was declined by the staff,

Very good stay. Hotel has been renovated. Good customer service. Only negative (small one) is no elevator to second floor.
