Nice and affordable hotel in Ski Resort. 4x meals including tea time. Various facilities are available. The view so nice. Can rent ski equipment. The furniture is quite old. Staffs are not fluent in English.

I made my reservation in December and called 1 week prior to my visit to ask for early check in and they assured be that they’ve arranged it that way even said 9am is too early but by 10am you’ll for sure have your room ready. They kept saying they couldn’t give us our rooms until 3pm, receptionist Buse with the piercing has no manner whatsoever, she does not know how to talk to guests she was so RUDE! After we confronted them they magically found an available room. Sucks to have to put your door down to receive the services you paid for.

Location is perfect. Snow activities perfect. But as hotel i would not recommend. Due to several things: There is no parking place, however were mentioned. There is no VALE services. Its organized perfectly for MONEY ducting. There is not included things as Water, tea etc. Be careful before Reservation.

We stayed one night on a sunday evening to ski the next day. We could not sleep until 1 am. The hotel bar has been playing extremely laude music, drunken people shouting and singing outside. We called and went down to the reception, but they did not seem to care. Do not stay in ski sloop view rooms and pay extra. You can not sleep. Rooms and food are mediocre. We carried our own luggage even though there should be a bellboy service. Overall it was not good. There are better options in this resort.

Access to Ski piste is great. Location great. Food taste great.
Weakness:
Elevator is awful. Rooms so stuffy. open Buffett but tea on charge!!!

KESİNLİKLE GELMEYİN! Ucuz diye alıp geldiğiniz para verdiğiniz otele paranız çöpe gidiyor. Otelin tek iyi bir özelliği var Uludağın 1.Bölgedesinde olması ve telesjin dibinde olması.Bunun haricinde Otel pansiyondan farksız değil ve bütün kalemleri kötü ötesi. 1.Yemeklerin lezzeti çok kötü ve soğuk 2.Odaların izalasyonu berbat 3.Otele geliyorsunuz odayı 16:00 da teslim ediyorlar. 4.Odaların temizliği berbat 5.Restaurantta fiyat politikaları

Rezervasyon yaparken erken giriş sözü aldığımız ama otele gittiğimizde (saat 10:00'du) giriş işlemlerini hallederken odamızın hazır olmadığını ve hazır olunca arayacaklarını söylediler. 13:30'a kadar ses çıkmayınca resepsiyona gittiğimizde Buse Hanım hala odamızın hazır olmadığını ve giriş saatlerinin 14:00 olduğunu belirten ezbere cevaplar veriyordu ama yanındaki hanımefendi blokaj değişikliği yapıp odamızı verebildi ne hikmetse :). Sonrasında Ön bürodan çevredeki cafe ve barlar hakkında bilgi ve tavsiye istediğimizde hepsi sözleşmiş gibi bilmiyoruz cevabını verdiler. Oda servisini 2 bardak 1 kova buz için 2 kere aradık gelmeyince ön bürodan yardım istedik ve toplamda 40 dka sonra geldi. Çıkış günümüzde erken girişte yardımcı olamadılar belki geç çıkış için yardım ederler diye düşünüp saat 15:00'e geç çıkış istedik ama 2 bin TL ekstra ücret istediler. Çıkış işlemleri sonrası resepsiyondan geçerken yara bandı istedik yine Buse Hanım yok dedi :) Özetle küçük odaların olduğu , gece bardan odalara gürültünün ulaştığı, yemek kalitesinin düşük olduğu , her şey dahil ama içeceklerin ekstra olduğu ve otelcilik nedir bilmeyen küçük bir işletme.
