Hotel staff was extremely accommodating
Very helpful
We didn’t want to stay on the ground floor and they found us a lovely room on the 2nd floor

Casey Key Resort in Osprey, Fl is always comfortable. This last stay, however, we had a room with a loud stand alone dehumidifier running and peeling paint on the walls in the bathroom.

This is a super cute simple hotel. Easy access right off the main road. I stayed here with my daughter for soccer. Would stay again.

Unfortunately a garden view room actually means carpark view! No sign of the garden. Didn’t appreciate the builders starting work at 8am and having to walk all through their dirt to get out!

Check in was unprofessional, room key didn’t work. Was told our view was “!lovely and park side “ it’s a dumpster and construction material. Was told “ don’t worry your room is already remodeled from the mold damage “.

Quiet room, clean, refrigerator and keurig in room. Didn't realize there was live entertainment until we happened upon it at the Tiki Bar.
Disconcerting that key not required at south end entry door. Plus anyone could enter the resort grounds and rooms around the back corner of the building.

Upon arrival we discovered Casey Key has two properties approximately 5mi apart and we were not booked at the beach front property as we thought. We drove to the mainland property where our booking was changed for an additional cost. We made our way back to the beach front property to find it poorly lit and lacking signage to easily find our room. The room was nice but had a questionable door lock and a loud AC unit approximately 2’ from the bed that we had to shut down in order to sleep.

Property and rooms are nice, room was clean, my biggest complaint is the 10am checkout.. very early, but besides that it was nice stay!

staff (everyone we had interaction with) was great. really great. food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. OMG the french toast - best i've EVER had. have to go back to work in the area again in a couple weeks - can't wait to try dinner next time. upgrades in rooms and common areas were nice
