Very close to Östersund train station. No issues with cleaning or staff. Only drawback was that breakfast area was a bit cramped, and not many tables. Would stay again, though.

Standard is average. parking is availible but not guaranteed (a little bit of luck if you get a free space). Breakfast is excellent though! But the rooms are a bit dark and depressing and if you get a room with convertible sofa (one bed and a sofa that converts to a double bed) the comfort is not ideal

Man fick spola varje gång i 10 min för att få varmvatten (sedan var det inga problem).
Det ena (av 2) elementet i rummet fungerade inte.
Frukost ok.
Ingen värme i badrummet.
